Vesper Infrastructure Partners was established in 2022 as fully independent infrastructure firm focused on value-add strategies for the European mid-market infrastructure space.

The firm is fully owned by the six founding partners: Livio Fenati, Alfredo Maria De Falco, Paola Rastelli, Giacomo Rossi, Guillermo Royo-Villanova, and Olaf Nordmeyer, who lead an experienced pan-European team with 150+ years of infrastructure experience across its 4 offices in London, Milan, Hambourg and Madrid.

Through their longstanding professional careers, the six founding members contribute a unique combination of industrial and investment experience, that has been built across different sectors, geographies, and economic cycles, executing more than EUR 200bn in infrastructure transactions and having invested as principal more than EUR 28Bn of direct equity investments across over 40 infrastructure companies.
